Stepping Motor Controller has 4 Operating Mode Normal Mode 1] S1 is the start/stop button, S2 is the forward/reverse button, and W2 adjusts the speed with a potentiometer. If limit reversing is needed, two limit switches can be connected externally to P3. Attach contact to the motor shaft so that the motor will reciprocate between the two limit switches. Normal Mode 2 Start button for forward rotation, S2 is the start button for reverse rotation, and any key stops the motor. Speed is adjusted with W2. If limit stopping is required, two limit switches can be connected externally to P3. When the motor reaches a limit switch, it stops, and pressing the opposite direction button will make the motor reverse. Jogging Mode Press S1 for forward jog, release to stop; press S2 for reverse jog, release to stop. Speed is adjusted with W2. If limit stopping is required, connect limit switches to P3. Automatic Reciprocating Mode S1 is the start/stop button, S2 is for forward/reverse, W2 adjusts the speed with a potentiometer, and W adjusts the automatic reciprocating steps. After starting, the motor will automatically reciprocate within the steps set by W1. P1 automatic reciprocating travel adjustment expansion pin: In the short travel position, W1 adjusts from 1 to 200 steps. In the long travel position, W1 adjusts from 200 to 1200 steps. W2 motor speed adjustment potentiometer. Turn counterclockwise to decrease speed, clockwise to increase speed. P2 speed adjustment extension pin. In the slow speed mode, W2 adjustment range is: slowest, requiring 3.125 seconds per step — fastest, requiring 0.0625 seconds per step (16 steps per second). In the fast speed mode, W2 adjustment range is: slowest, requiring 0.0625 seconds per step (16 steps per second) — fastest, requiring 0.00125 seconds per step (800 steps per second). P3 pin function description: external travel switch, can also be high and low level signals of various sensors, low level is valid. P5 stepper motor output pins, connect wires according to your selection of either a 2-phase 4-wire or 4-phase 5-wire stepper motor, following the characters on the board correctly. P6 power input pins, can be connected to a DC 5V-12V power supply externally.
